Discount Plan

 

 No Insurance?  No Problem!

 

We offer an affordable in-office discount plan that allows individuals and families to receive reduced fee dental services.  it covers you (and your family if applicable) for 12 months from the sign up-date.  A 25% discount will be applied to all Usual and Customary Rate (URC) fees for any treatment that is needed.

 

This plan is great for those without insurance, retirees, students, and small business owners!

 

The individual plan is $160

The family plan is $250

**Dependents are covered up to their 26th birthday with the family plan.
